How much laundry detergent is in my clothing?

Upon completion of any wash-load, you'll generally put your fabrics on a clothes line, or shove them into a dryer.

Regardless, when the wash-load dries, the detergent residue which is trapped inside the fabrics, will stiffen the fabrics as they dry.

This is a good indicator of the detergent chemical in your fabrics, yet realize just because you use a softener chemical (sheet or liquid), the detergent chemical is still present and ever toxic.

We worry about the millions of people who sleep on linens and may be regularly breathing detergent dust each night.
